Network Administrator/System Integrator - IBL

Job Overview:

The Network Administrator/System Integrator will support the Intelligence Battle Lab (IBL) at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The goal of the IBL is to conduct experiments to support the Army Futures Command (AFC) campaign of learning, proof of concept, simulation, modeling, and Intelligence Force Modernization priorities in support of AFC and other partnering organizations. ???

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supports the installation and maintenance of network communications.
• Maintains and administers routers, switches, firewalls, and other network related devices.
• Uses knowledge of local area and network/wide area network to design, install and maintain internal and external networks.
• Capable to test and evaluate networks systems and troubleshoot networks.
• Troubleshoot and replace faulty network hardware or system related problems when required.
• Recommends upgrades, patches, new applications and equipment for life cycle, implements enterprise information security standards and procedures.
• Ensures that all information systems are functional and secure.
• Applies system integration experience by integrating technologies on the network across the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

• Three (3) years of experience as a network administrator?
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE or equivalent)

Security Requirement:

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance

Travel Requirement:

• Less than 10%
