ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Content Manager, you will manage the growing library of content for delivery of a 2.0+ million square foot healthcare facility at Mayo Clinic's campus in Rochester, MN, and as a deliverable to the client. This role will be engaged not just as a content creator but to provide expertise and guidance to others on best practices and organizational strategies including taxonomy and managing metadata to help reduce the time it takes someone to find the content that they need.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage a library of digital content for the project, including 2D and 3D content representing Building Information assets, metadata, and visualization resources.
  • Work with technical leaders to develop content standards and manage templates.
  • Partner with Project Design technologist to manage the digital health of the project they are responsible for and ensure the digital delivery commitments are met.
  • Develop, organize and manage BIM Content Library as a client deliverable.
  • Handle user requests for content and updates to continually improve our libraries.
  • Manage shared parameters for 50+ models coordinating across all disciplines.
  • Manage content library in dRofus database for documentation and validation.
  • Work with Design Technologists to develop tools or dashboards to help review and validate model data as required.
  • Provide training and orientation to new team members on best practices to help them find the content that they need.
  • Travel as required.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with A/E/C Design processes, including visualization and drawing production.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design Technology, or related field required.
  • Knowledge of BIM Level of Development is required.
  • Knowledge of Uniformat II, Masterformat or similar building element classification standard is preferred.
  • Experience with AEC Design processes including visualization and drawing production.
  • Must have a solid understanding of project phases from design through construction/close out.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, training design and delivery experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Unifi, Revit, dRofus, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Enscape, Twinmotion, is preferred.
  • Experience with PowerBi Semantic Models or SQL database management is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible.

The salary range for this position is $76,800 to $96,000 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage and flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances.
