Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Review ideation phase process output documents (at minimum RE docs).
  • Manage quality risks with Quality Business Partner and project core team. Develop plan for risk mitigation.
  • Complete quality deliverables during ideation phase gate review.
  • Participate in DFMEA activity to address product quality risks.
  • Review Critical to Quality (CTQ) info (derived from DFMEA and DVB).
  • Complete quality deliverables for Manufacturing Feasibility Review (MFR).
  • Support Supplier Quality to prep and strategize for PPAP.
  • Participate in DVB and using countermeasure sheet address quality risks with project core team.
  • Review PPAP results and participate in PFMEA activity to address product quality risks.
  • Partner with supplier quality to develop sourced product quality control plan (2-step incoming inspection).
  • Develop production quality control plan and review with PQ team
  • Validate inspection methods and perform measurement system analysis (MSA).
  • Partner with EMEG to execute PVB and using countermeasure sheet address quality risks with project core team.
  • Active role in change review board to assess ECR/ECN in Windchill - complete assigned engineering change tasks, address quality risks and vote for change implementation.

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in Quality, Product Engineering, or other related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related field.
  • Proficient with MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills with engineering groups, operations groups, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • A self-managed individual who is a team player with leadership qualities
  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
  • Able to travel up to 10%, work weekends, holidays and overtime when required.
  • Must be detailed oriented and organized.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training and key skills. Therefore, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply regardless of their salary expectations.
The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans.
Salary Range $62,700 to $156,400.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Material Handling/Conveyor Industry Experience.
