Lankenau Medical Center is seeking an experienced and passionate OB/GYN Faculty Member to join our esteemed residency program. With a cohort of 16 residents, and over 25 faculty members, this role offers a unique opportunity to blend clinical practice with resident education, shaping the future of obstetrics and gynecology.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Practice (0.7 FTE):

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, delivery, postpartum care, and gynecologic surgeries.

  • Participate in labor and delivery coverage, including on-call responsibilities.

  • Conduct outpatient consultations and follow-up visits.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Educational Duties (0.3 FTE):

  • Serve as a preceptor for residents, offering hands-on training and mentorship in clinical and surgical settings.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of the residency curriculum in compliance with ACGME standards.

  • Conduct educational sessions, including lectures, case discussions, and simulation training.

  • Evaluate resident performance and provide constructive feedback.

  • Engage in scholarly activities such as research, publications, and conference presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

  • Valid state medical license or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania.

  • Strong clinical skills and experience in both obstetrics and gynecology.

  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
