IAM Process Engineer

Seeking a Lean Six Sigma-certified professional (Black Belt preferred) to improve and streamline Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. This role designs and implements IAM strategies, ensures compliance, and drives continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance IAM workflows using DMAIC methodology.
• Develop policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IAM with business needs.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Provide training on IAM best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years in IAM or related role.
• Proficiency with IAM technologies (SSO, MFA, RBAC).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Ping Identity) a plus.
