  • Ensure a safe, efficient floor-monitoring safety protocols, throughput, and service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Align Supervisors around shared goals and drive consistent execution across departments

  • Manage staffing levels across imaging, inserting, and print equipment based on job needs, ensuring accuracy to job tickets and meeting quality and throughput targets

  • Review labor hours and verify payroll report accuracy

  • Enforce health and safety policies by monitoring compliance, conducting preliminary accident investigations, and taking corrective action when needed

  • Conduct workplace inspections and support lean improvement initiatives to maintain a clean, organized production floor

  • Take on additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operation

You Must Have:

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a Digital Print & Mail production environment

  • Experience working with diverse teams; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

  • A strong sense of accountability and a focus on delivering results-for yourself and your team

  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, constantly changing production environment

  • Solid skills in problem solving, project management, multitasking, and prioritizing work

  • Strong attention to detail and a reputation for being reliable, organized, and resourceful

  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

  • Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds daily

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, squat, kneel, crouch, grasp, lift, talk, and hear as part of the role

We Would Also Prefer:
