Benefits Director
Overview We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Benefits to lead the design, administration, and global alignment of our benefits programs. This role will oversee U.S. benefits operations and partner with global HR teams to ensure consistent and competitive offerings across regions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in benefits strategy, vendor management, and cost optimization, with a strong analytical mindset and experience in fast-paced, global environments. Responsibilities U.S. Benefits Leadership
- Design and manage U.S. benefits programs including health, welfare, retirement, and wellness. - Oversee day-to-day administration and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. - Lead vendor and broker relationships to ensure service excellence and cost-effectiveness. - Partner with Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost modeling. Global Benefits Strategy- Develop and align global benefits strategy and core program pillars across regions. - Collaborate with HR Generalists and Rewards Consultants to ensure effective local administration. - Benchmark global benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company values. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Serve as a key advisor to HR leadership on benefits trends, risks, and opportunities. - Support M&A activity including due diligence, integration planning, and harmonization of benefits. - Drive employee education and engagement around benefits offerings. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred. - 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits management, including global program oversight. - Proven experience in a global company delivering contemporary, employee-centric benefits. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. - Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; able to influence across all levels. - Agile, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - M&A experience strongly preferred.
