Job Description Performance Contracting, Inc. seeks Project Engineer at its facility located at 3512 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223. JOB DESCRIPTION: Conduct safety meetings. Create and manage punch lists. Support the Quality Control Measures outlined in the QA/QC program. Prepare RFI's and submittals. Support the implementation of the job schedule. Coordinate warranties and O&M's. Identify changes to customer provided system, arrangement, and construction drawings. Prepare quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders. Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen. Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance. Coordinate materials with purchase orders, invoicing, and field communications. Support the branch through positive customer relations and active participation in the Customer Alignment Plan. Hybrid telecommuting permitted: 4 days per week in office required. REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Construction Management, Construction Science, or a related field, plus 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer or related occupation in the construction industry. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Implementing and managing the utilization of onsite layout robot and software; (2) Utilizing BIM modeling software to coordinate work with other trades; (3) Interpreting specifications and drawings for construction projects; (4) Implementing job cost control and risk assessment measures through monthly Financial Analysis worksheets on assigned project; (5) Preparing RFI's, submittals, and shop drawings; (6) Managing quality control measures and jobsite safety hazards; and (7) Utilizing cost estimation software including On-Screen Takeoffs, Quickbid, BlueBeam Revu, PlanGrid and Navisworks Manage to do take-off, material ordering, pricing change orders, document control, schedule analysis, and project planning. #IND123 #LI-DNI Benefits At Performance Contracting, our employees are our greatest asset.
