We're looking for a Module Production Engineer with a passion for innovation and a collaborative mindset to join our Production Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to make a tangible impact on next-generation technology.

What You'll Do

As a Module Production Engineer, you'll play a key role in:

  • Industrializing new systems by collaborating across design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

  • Driving improvements in availability, reliability, cycle time, and cost.

  • Troubleshooting production issues and developing actionable solutions.

  • Supporting the design and validation of engineering solutions.

  • Leading process improvement initiatives and reducing cycle time.

  • Reviewing supplier failure analysis reports and validating root causes.

  • Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to resolve module failures.

  • Managing technical uncertainties and developing creative solutions.

  • Owning customer issues and delivering targeted resolutions.

  • Designing sub-modules with thoughtful material and architectural choices.

  • Integrating subsystems and supporting configuration management.

  • Verifying design specifications and contributing to testing protocols.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, or

  • Master's degree in engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

  • A proactive mindset and a drive to continuously improve processes.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Work in a cleanroom environment under ISO 9000/14000 standards (full gowning required).

  • Exposure to lasers, chemicals, ladders, and platforms.

  • Occasional campus movement and lifting up to 20 lbs.

  • Moderate temperature and noise levels.

  • Travel may be required based on business needs.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
