Introduction to the job
Lead a team of material handlers for Inbound Logistics. This team lead will help to establish and manage all functions within the department of material handling across 2nd shift. Team lead is expected to develop, enhance, and implement policies and practices as well as group targets, evolve communications, manage the teams through performance management measures (KPI development and adherence) to ensure the realization of (strategic) objectives to meet corporate targets for Wilton Factory related to on time and in full material availability. Coordinate upcoming material needs as well as ensure all materials are processed through the system. Work together with various other WF leaders responsible for building modules to create strategies to further enhance impact. Role and responsibilities
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.).
