School Age Care Site Lead (.75 FTE)

The Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for a part-time (.75) School Age Care Site Lead at Centennial Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year. This position provides daily on-site leadership and coordination for a new after-school program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all participants. This role supports program success through the work direction of staff, communication with families, and consistent implementation of district policies and procedures. The Site Leader is a role model and mentor who promotes positive experiences for children and staff while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and professionalism.

Requirements:

• 2-year degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, a relative combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in a school setting and/or with school-aged children.
• Experience working across racial, ethic, economic and linguistic differences.
• Experience working with students individually and in groups.

Hours:
12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $24.51-$27.30 per hour (Based on education and experience)
