Mutual of Omaha is seeking a dynamic IT Manager to join our Income and Wealth Planning (IWP) team. Lead Change: Effectively build consensus, encourage participation, and align team efforts to meet strategic objectives through collaboration with your teams, Income and Wealth Planning (IWP) ART program leadership, LPM, and IS and business stakeholders. Operate as One Team to accomplish business outcomes.
Accelerate Modernization: Further develop and execute modernization strategies for business and I/S, including AI, Data, & Reporting strategies and the talent to develop and support it.
Deliver Technology Solutions: Be able to discuss technical solutions with team members and challenge teams to apply critical thinking and cross-team/ART collaboration. Experience with effective criteria evaluation, decision making, problem solving, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.
Develop People: Multiply your leadership and results through others by promoting team continuous improvement, providing team growth and training opportunities, and setting/raising the bar for team/ART culture.
Technology ownership experience with vendor engagement ownership, vendor conflict resolution, contract negotiation and ownership, budget and expense oversight, risk management, governance and compliance, business resiliency planning, and systems life cycle planning including change management.
Ability to establish strong influential trusted partnerships with multiple teams for cross development efforts including other ARTs, enterprise component teams, Enterprise Architecture, and corporate partners including Law, Asset Management, and Finance.
