Aerospace Supply Chain Analyst

PPG Aerospace is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to maintain planning data and supply chain information for our chemical management services clients. You will be assigned one or more customer accounts and be responsible for data analysis, purchase orders, maintaining stock levels, and other duties tied in to supply chain management. This position is located in Kennesaw, Georgia, and you will have a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will report to the Chemical Management Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain planning data and supply chain information for chemical management services clients.

• Enter internal purchase order requisitions.

• Review and analyze usage and historical transactions.

• Maintain safety stock levels and lead times.

• Collaborate with procurement team as needed.

• The role entails intercompany buying, forecasting, demand order filtering, data integrity, discrepancy resolutions, cost savings, inventory, and trainings.

• This role requires a significant amount of direct customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

• 1+ year of related supply chain experience

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required

• Power BI experience preferred

• Advanced data analytic skills preferred

• Ability to travel as needed, very limited
