Pay: $20.00 per hour

Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Part-time Program Assistant for the Evanston campus.

Temporary Job Description:

2 positions available

Serves as a primary desk contact for residents in graduate housing for general administrative needs including distribution of keys and packages during move-in. This position is to provide prompt, courteous, and timely customer service to our residents and off-campus contacts. This includes answering the telephone, greeting residents who come to the desk, answering questions and identifying and analyzing the residents' housing-related problems and directing them appropriately. Must be detail-oriented, possess customer service skills, have basic technology and software (Microsoft Office, Pitney-Bowes, Mercury) knowledge. They will work primarily from the desk (shared work space) during our peak move-in period in graduate housing. Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.

Available Schedule (subject to change based on other staffing changes):

Engelhart: Wednesday-Friday 4pm-8pm & Sat-Sun 8am-12pm

McManus: Wednesday-Sunday 2pm-8pm
