In this dynamic role, the ideal candidate will take the lead in managing and administering employee benefits with precision, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely handling of critical tasks. From processing life insurance approvals, and resolving enrollment discrepancies to managing payroll adjustments and supporting employees through Leave of Absence (LOA) transitions, you'll play a key role in enhancing the employee experience. You'll assist employees with missed premiums, benefits updates and oversee important initiatives such as the annual PTO cash-out process, as well as contribute to impactful special projects. The role is perfect for someone who thrives on attention to detail, excels in effective communication and loves juggling multiple priorities.
