Summary Sr Director Scheduling ACX The Senior Director of Scheduling is responsible for providing strategic oversight of national scheduling operations, ensuring workforce deployment aligns with business needs and organizational objectives. This role leads the recruitment, development, and performance management of the scheduling team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The position oversees large-scale scheduling and coordination of field execution activities, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure compliance with operational standards and client requirements. The Senior Director also manages labor planning, reporting functions, and process optimization to drive execution efficiency and support enterprise-wide goals.
