The Sales Support Coordinator supports Echo's sales organization by the facilitation of lead/account management within salesforce.com and our other critical tools/functions.

From coast to coast, dock to dock, and across all major transportation modes, Echo connects businesses that need to ship their products with carriers who transport goods quickly, securely, and cost-effectively.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate lead transfers, imports, and approvals in Salesforce and ZoomInfo

  • Actively clean and update outdated or inaccurate information in internal sales systems

  • Execute Salesforce Reporting, Dashboards, and Pipeline management for Sales Reps and Managers

  • Leverage Salesforce to track and report progress across various client segments including: large accounts, branch locations, agents & stations, and other major industry verticals

  • Maintain, segment, and analyze CRM and marketing automation data

  • Assist Marketing Dept in tracking of inbound marketing activity and lead funnel conversion

  • Support Echo Stations through various operational tasks when needed

Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year work experience preferably in a Sales or Operations role

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and external software including Salesforce

  • Proven experience and understanding of sales and sales processes

Skills & Qualifications

  • High level of interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse groups including managers, sales reps and subject matter experts

  • Proficient in analyzation of data with strict attention to detail

  • Highly organized and can prioritize projects to meet business objectives

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional etiquette and excellent customer service

  • Ability to work independently and with a team

  • Proactive, resourceful and flexible

Work Environment:

This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office with an open seating floor plan. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear.

Compensation

$42,600.00-61,300.00 per year This role is eligible for a bonus that is based on a combination of personal and business performance.
