We're looking for a forward-thinking Electrical Design Engineer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is excited to work on cutting-edge technologies from concept to launch.

What You'll Do

  • Design & Innovation: Develop and test next-generation electrical systems, components, and equipment that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of electrical, mechanical, software, and systems engineers-as well as lab technicians-to bring new product ideas to life.
  • Product Development: Participate in design strategy, hardware creation, and system development from initial concept through production.
  • Hands-On Engineering: Create functional models and prototypes, perform experimental validation, and drive design optimization using Six Sigma and other engineering tools.
  • Customer Engagement: Partner with sales and interface directly with customers and vendors to understand requirements, present solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Documentation & Standards: Develop product specifications, test procedures, and documentation to support quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Apply best practices and emerging technologies to improve product performance and reduce time to market.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on electrical engineering experience, preferably in [insert relevant industry, if applicable]
  • Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in mathematical and engineering principles used in electrical system design
  • Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and drive results
  • Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and collaborate across departments

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
