Scope:

To ensure that boards are packed and shipped according to customer requirements and ensure they are shipped on time. Transfer of product between buildings- Transfer of material to factory, transfer of RMA return packages and transfer of accounting papers between buildings. Packing of product that are ready for shipping. Receiving of goods into company and distributing to respective areas. Hours are 11 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of packaging functions.
• Shipping functions to ship product(s) according to proper handling techniques.
• Knowledge of special requirements such as UPS, Federal Express and international shipping.
• Print out labels for shipping
• Know shipping requirements for each customer.
• Perform a weekly inventory of all shipping supplies and provide a list of all material needed to area manager for ordering.
• Put shipping supplies on shelves and packaging materials.
• Transporting packages to airport after last pickup from UPS/FedEX
• To provide courier service between the two buildings for production, material, sales, methods and accounting departments.

Essential Knowledge & Skills:

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Experience:

• No experience necessary. We can train!Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous shipping/receiving or related work experienceis preferred.

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
