Sr Corporate Facilities Coordinator

Communicate with contractors and vendors for regular services

Assign Seating via "Office Space"

Monitor monthly services (Cintas, etc) /ensure POs are received in

Operate the CCURE access system. This includes the cleanup - removal of termed employees/disabled badges and making of new badges

Set up new vendors in Oracle

Issue Facilities / Project related POs as requested

Monitor supplies and reorder when needed-Shipping materials and Office supplies

Assist with construction and remodel projects/Organize folders, POs, paperwork

Ordering for facilities from Staples, Uline, Grainger, Pinnacle, etc...

Scan all facilities documents into the appropriate folders as requested

Mail Services-Sort, deliver and manage incomingmail and packages

Complete projects assigned by Facilities Manager

Have your work issued phone on you during the workday so that you are available to react to the business needs with the team

Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and service contracts

Serve as a liaison between departments, vendors, and building management
