The Leave & Employee Services Administration Specialist is responsible for providing strategy, process, and technical expertise to our Human Resources organization. This position will serve as an internal advisor to the Human Resources organization, helping them to streamline operations, develop and implement new solutions, and make enhancements to existing programs. This position partners with regional and global colleagues to ensure business rules and requirements are being fulfilled with the highest level of accuracy, completeness, and integrity. The HR Shared Services has an opening for a Leave & Employee Services Administration position that is responsible for all areas of Salaried (NBU/SBU) Disability Program Administration and some small groups of HBU administration. The position also processes all other types of salary leaves such as FMLA, Paid Parental, Military, and Leave of Absence. The candidate will work with HR, medical and third-party administrators to effectively manage leave processes. In support of Shared Services, the position will process Progressions and Phase Ups, Tuition Reimbursement administration and various other processes/programs as needed. The candidate will also monitor temporary parking program/nursing mother's room access, participate in unemployment/SUB MESC hearing and employment verifications. This position is part of team that handles employee/management walk-in/call-in questions, assist with I-9 reverifications and records room maintenance. The position will support Workday launch as related to Employment Services. The successful candidate will need to be able to think strategically, as well as be comfortable getting into the details of processes, technology, and business needs. They must be able to interact with all levels of the organization and clearly communicate the processes and policy they will administer. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail are critical skills required. Basic Requirements:
