Your role
As a Commercial Administrator, you will support internal teams in managing Terms and Conditions, NDAs, and data requests, while coordinating sales activities and maintaining records. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with business operations knowledge. This role will report to the Business Controller.


Your role includes:


  • Understanding the company's business, products, markets, and customers.
  • Ensuring completeness of documents for commercial terms review.
  • Negotiating and revising purchase order terms for services and equipment.
  • Obtaining necessary signatures on purchase orders and agreements.
  • Coordinating with sales management for timely agreement execution.
  • Consulting with legal and management on significant concerns.
  • Tracking authorizations and correspondence.
  • Informing employees about contract status.
  • Administering terms revisions according to policies.
  • Supporting customer center teams.
  • Maintaining organized customer files.
  • Coordinating access to customer portals for compliance.
  • Managing Travel and Purchasing Card programs.
  • Overseeing Travel Policy administration.
  • Ensuring timely utility bill payments.
  • Completing special projects as assigned.

  • Four-year degree preferred in Business Administration or Legal Studies; 2-year degree with related experience
  • Customer Service/Office administration experience, understanding selling and order processes
  • Commercial awareness. Able to set and adjust priorities, strong expediting skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities
  • Consistent communicator with internal and external customers via in-person discussions, calls, and email.
  • Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Familiar with Adobe Sign and/or DocuSign
  • Self-directed, disciplined. Team-oriented, organized.
  • Positive attitude, service-oriented
  • Flexible to change
  • High integrity.
