*Role:* Lead Business/Incentive Analyst -Partner Incentive Program *Top Skills' Details* * Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with the lead analyst and program leadership to align on modeling logic and business goals. * Coordinate with other vendors and internal teams involved in the initiative. * Program Support * Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the incentive program leading up to and following its February 2026 launch. * Provide insights and recommendations to improve partner engagement and program effectiveness. *About the Role:* We are seeking a Lead Business/Incentive Analyst to support the design and execution of a new Partner Incentive Program. This role will be instrumental in building and refining complex Excel-based models that determine partner payouts based on a proprietary Value Index Score. You'll work closely with the program lead, the current analyst, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, scalable, and insightful modeling. *Key Responsibilities:* * Model Development & Analysis * Build and maintain Excel-based models to calculate partner incentive payouts. * Analyze large partner data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. * Adjust modeling assumptions based on findings and stakeholder feedback. * Data Integration & Reporting * Access and interpret data from Tableau dashboards and other internal data sources. * Collaborate with data owners to ensure data accuracy and completeness. * Support the creation of reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders. * Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with the lead analyst and program leadership to align on modeling logic and business goals. * Coordinate with other vendors and internal teams involved in the initiative. * Program Support * Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the incentive program leading up to and following its February 2026 launch. * Provide insights and recommendations to improve partner engagement and program effectiveness. *Qualifications:* Required: o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and modeling techniques. o Experience working with large datasets and performing data-driven analysis. o Excellent communication skills, especially in working with data owners and cross-functional teams. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: o Familiarity with the client's partner ecosystem or incentive programs. o Experience using Tableau or similar BI tools. o History in business analysis, finance, or incentive modeling. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
