Description Key Responsibilities * Define and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical paths. * Lead execution of end-to-end IGA transition from on-prem to SaaS (design, build, test, deploy, operate). * Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). * Align project scope with defined Target State Architecture and approved business objectives. * Manage and surface evolving scope due to business priorities or vendor platform changes. * Partner with Product Owner and Lead Architect to ensure alignment of solution requirements. * Facilitate coordination across Workstream Leads, Architects, DevOps, App Dev, Security, Operations. * Ensure effective handoff processes, swim lane accountability, and decision gates. * Manage alignment with vendor delivery teams and validate deliverables. * Provide clear status reports, and progress updates, * Coordinate with Agile squads, where applicable, ensuring backlog alignment with IGA transition milestones. * Support evolution of Shared Services Model for IAM and IGA operational maturity post-SaaS go-live. * Drive quality assurance across project lifecycle: design, build, test, data migration, cutover * Facilitate cutover planning and avoidance of parallel environments.
