Your Job

Molex is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support our finance digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, excellent analytical skills, and experience with SAP implementations.

What You Will Do

  • Support system migrations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Analyze current financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of system modules to meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to financial systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial systems.
  • Work closely with IT and finance teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.
  • Participate in project planning, status meetings, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on SAP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana and other financial software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with data migration and system integration projects.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience working with large data sets leveraging Access, Alteryx or similar tools.

For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000-$120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
