Team Lead, Sales Administration

In this hybrid role-part leader, part individual contributor-you will act as the vital link between Customer Order Management, Finance, Sales, and Minitab customers/prospects, ensuring seamless order processing, accurate customer information, and exceptional pre- and post-sale support. You'll manage administrative workflows, maintain critical customer data, and provide insights that empower our sales team to succeed.

As the point of contact for your team, you'll foster collaboration, ensure operational efficiency, and lead by example to deliver exceptional service and support.

  3+ years of administrative experience (sales operations or related role preferred).

  
  
• Supervisory experience required.
