Position Overview The Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development is hiring a part-time research associate to provide operations and administrative support to the Director of Global Education Research. The research associate will assist with grant program management as well as conduct research and evaluation around global education issues. The percentage of appointment for this position is variable depending on applicant's availability with an expected range of 20-35% (8-14 hours per week). This is a 12-month annual renewable appointment with an anticipated start of September 2025. Grant Program Management (50%)

Pay Range: The salary range for this position is $49.50 - $52.91 per hour. Final salary offers are dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity within the department.
