a. promote patient satisfaction as exemplified by patient recognition, letters from patients and families, or SEA(Service Excellence Award)
b. timely response to patient needs
c. practice professional use of personal electronic devices in patient care areas and keep noise to a minimum at all times
d. exemplifies excellent guest relations to patients, family members, and visitors
e. purposeful patient rounding
4. Patient Safety
a. practice safe patient mobilization and incorporate fall prevention interventions
b. use 2 patient identifiers with all tasks and point of care testing
c. utilize the event management system for each unusual occurrence
d. adjust care routines to meet the individual patient needs in the role of UC or UCA as assigned
e. adhere to HIPAA and follow social media policy
5. Professional Growth
a. shares knowledge and skills with colleagues and others including orientation and cross-training

Education and Experience Required:
1. High School graduate or GED
2. CNA license with 5+ years of experience will be accepted in lieu of diploma or GED
3. Basic BLS: must obtain within 3 months of hire
