HID Global is seeking a strategic and analytical Sales Operations Manager to support our Workforce business unit within the Identity and Access Management Solutions (IAMS) division. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, optimizing sales processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across our go-to-market (GTM) teams. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

As our Sales Operations Manager, you'll support HID's successby:



  • Leading the sales operations cadence including forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity planning.
  • Partnering with GTM leadership to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic actions.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Salesforce, ORM, and Tableau to provide actionable insights.
  • Owning the preparation and execution of monthly/quarterly/annual sales reporting out for roll up to higher levels within HID.
  • Driving continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on sales strategy, territory planning, and quota setting.
  • Supporting the implementation of new sales technologies and ensure adoption across the organization.
  • Managing CRM data integrity and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Contributing to strategic initiatives such as GTM planning, sales enablement, and customer segmentation.
  • Managing 3rd party license reporting and associated purchase orders or payments via our accounts payable system.
  • Conducting win/loss analysis to identify areas of opportunity and improvement in the sales process.
  • Serving as a liaison between sales/CSMs and Revenue Operations to communicate any training needs and systems support, and any booking, billing, and compliance initiatives and improvements and needs.
  • Championing change management efforts related to new process implementation or system upgrades.



YourExperienceand Background include:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field preferred. Applicants with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • Extensive experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the SaaS or high tech.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI,ORM, Tableau).
  • Proven experience in pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in or supporting SaaS, cybersecurity, or identity management businesses.
  • Familiarity with revenue conversion from perpetual to subscription
  • Experience supporting post-sales operations.
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and its impact on sales and revenue recognition.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle analytics and sales funnel optimization.
  • Previous experience with process improvement.
  • Salesforce certifications is a plus.
