Job Title: Real Estate Specialist

Location(s): Bedminster, NJ

Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the macro and/or small cell modifications program
  • Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition
  • Manage the end to end Real-Estate process through to construction handoff
  • Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies
  • Will be required to work in multiple systems including FUZE Real Estate and SPM
  • Manage project budgets
  • Run site-by-site and deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team
  • Following up on near-due/overdue milestones


  • The specialist will support the macro and/or small cell modifications program. This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully perform due diligence, negotiating leases or amendments, managing work flow forecasts, obtaining governmental approvals and permits and PO management. The specialist is expected to work as a self-starter to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects in a fast paced environment. Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and a fast learner. They will also support any other initiatives that involve modifications such as special priorities, data integrity clean up and ensuring overall health of the mod program.


MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):


  • Experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Ability to communicate across functional groups including RF, Engineering and Implementation
  • Knowledge of zoning hearing process and procedures
  • Can efficiently work multiple projects at once; does not get overwhelmed w/ volume
  • Has computer skills and can identify ways to make process improvements
  • Team player with interpersonal skills, who has a positive attitude
  • Proactive in communications and very organized


DESIRED SKILLS:


  • Experience in working with attorneys
  • Ability to read and understand real estate contract language
  • FUZE SPM and PO module expertise
  • Program management experience in a complex multi-project and multi-geography environment
