Job DescriptionA Senior Product Manager is responsible for Commercial virtual cards product management, development efforts and working closely with the product and technology teams. We are seeking an individual that is a self-starter, ready to learn and innovate, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This role will report to the product lead for the Virtual Cards, also known as pseudo accounts and will be the product owner for one of the Virtual Card scrum teams. This person will work very closely with other product groups, such as the Visanet and Visa Token Services (VTS) on driving forward the adoption of commercial virtual cards across large financial institutions and technology providers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for product management, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.Experience within the payments or financial technology industryis a plus. The right candidate will be able to combine successful product development process experience with effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and technical skills. This role will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end product management including understanding global market needs, developing product vision and roadmap creation. They will meaningfully impact the client experience through improving product design and performance for Visa's Virtual Card products across a wide range of cross-functional teams including Technology, Risk, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Implementation, Client Service and regional product teams. The role requires technical, analytical, collaborative and strategic product skills with strong experience in JIRA to write meaningful stories and capture the OKRS for the product. In addition, the role is required to develop a deep understanding of the Visa Virtual Card product suite, ensure changes to the product are executed on time and budget, and that Issuer and technology provider client impacts are understood, communicated, and managed. This role will also involve some operational activities including but not limited to creation and distribution of monthly release notes, generation of monthly payment volume dashboards and capturing the SLAs in a timely fashion. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 143,200 to 207,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
