For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: http://www.levyrestaurants.com/who-we-are/ Job Summary Job Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for many key aspects of the day-to-day operations for the Food and Beverage department at Big Bear Mountain Resort. This position will be responsible for ensuring that all licenses/permits, certificates, alcohol service standards are compliant, filed and up to date. This position will also be carrying out in-venue hygiene and sanitation inspections in order to help achieve and maintain both employee safety and food safety in the in-venue to minimize the risk of any accidents or food related safety concerns. The Operations Manager is in a critical position to ensure the success of the Food and Beverage daily operation that supports Bear Mountain, Snow Summit and Snow Valley. Key Responsibilities: This is not an exhaustive list. The items below are primary duties. A full job description available during interview. Ensure compliance all Business Licenses, Health Department Scores, Alcohol Licensing are current, filed properly and always displayed appropriately Oversee daily completion and reporting of all alcohol incident reports, kitchen cleaning checklists and temperature logs Conduct Monthly Inspection Self-Audits to ensure that all venues are at San Beranardino County and Levy Company safety and sanitation standards Communicating results with the Management Team to be corrected before any County or Internal Company inspections. Be the first point of contact for location managers during Workman Comp. issues Ensure the venue is always Show Ready (Clean, sanitary in accordance with County Health Inspectors and Diversey Inspector Lists Preferred Qualifications: ServSafe Certified preferred Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred Operations management experience perferred with compliance requirement knowledge Two to four years kitchen/restaurant management experience is prefered Comprehensive food and beverage safety and sanitation knowledge. Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products Apply to Levy today!
