Account Director - Data Centers

How you'll make an impact
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior executives at key data center accounts
- Lead strategic account planning and execution to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across five business units to deliver integrated solutions
- Represent the voice of the customer within Hitachi Energy and resolve complex challenges
- Identify growth opportunities and lead high-impact solution development
- Mentor and guide internal teams to align with account strategy
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of account management experience, ideally in complex, matrixed environments
- 5+ years working with data center clients, preferably hyperscale
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Experience managing global or multi-regional accounts
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
- 50% travel
