REFERRAL BONUS: Know Someone Great? Get $500 When They Join Our Team!

Referring party will be paid out $500 after the referred employee successfully completes 90 days of employment.

Job Summary: Emblem Machine Operators are responsible for applying emblems (like patches or logos) to garments and apparel utilizing emblem machine(s)
Essential Functions and Responsibilities includes the information below. Management reserves the right to assign other duties as needed.


  • Set up machine to include threading of needles and bobbins
  • Control and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain high quality performance
  • Position garments and patches in correct placement on machine
  • Test operation of machine periodically and perform basic machine maintenance to include cleaning, replacing needles and bobbins, etc.
  • Fix issues that might occur during the shift
  • Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws and assure finished garment conforms to pick ticket instructions
  • Follow standard operating procedures to achieve productivity and quality standards
  • Cross train and work in other areas within Production/Warehouse as needed



Qualifications (Experience/Knowledge/Systems/Applications or Equipment):



  • Proven experience as a machine operator and familiarity with sewing preferred
  • Ability to work in a quick paced environment with accuracy
  • Experience working with regular keyboard functions
  • Working knowledge of high speed machinery
  • Understanding of production procedures
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Ability to read work instruction document in English
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Physical stamina and strength for standing for entire shift and performing necessary movements to operate machine
  • Ability to work OT during the week and weekend as needed
  • High School diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
