As part of this evolution, we're looking for a senior leader to oversee the strategy, governance, and execution of our global media operations-encompassing technology platforms, performance intelligence, and process enablement across paid media investments. This leader will be responsible for building a scalable and future-ready operating model that enables performance-driven media execution. The role will oversee the tools, infrastructure, workflows, and cross-functional alignment needed to manage media investments effectively and transparently. This includes managing key vendor and platform relationships, optimizing campaign operations, and enabling insights that guide planning, measurement, and investment decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing operations, paid media technology, and analytics. They bring a track record of building and managing high-performing teams, partnering with data and engineering stakeholders, and leading large-scale programs across regions, business units, and functions. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $196,800 to $300,200. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $196,800 to $300,200. |
