We are looking for an influential, collaborative and ambitious candidate, responsible for initiating, developing and leading newbusiness ventures within the PC ecosystem. You will work to identify market trends and new opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy and should expect to interface directly with internal and external partners (System on Chip Vendors and Ecosystem Partners) to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
Ideally, you come with comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor technologies and the PC Ecosystem, as well as a strong background working in thebusinessand customer management side of the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the company's PC business development activities at our strategic partners
  • Form deep and broad level relationships at our strategic partners
  • Ensure content growth at all SoC (System on Chip) partners and feature expansion at our SW partners
  • Drive the internal teams to ensure content growth and feature expansion are enabled YoY with reference design activity
  • Ensure Cirrus silicon is on all SoC reference designs
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at our industry partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and others, to align strategies and ensure successful execution
  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, contracts, press releases and other business arrangements to secure favorable terms and successful outcomes
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with partner's leadership. Plan regular business reviews to help update & keep them current on latest Cirrus and PC trends, technologies and messaging
  • Ensure PC channel infrastructure is in place to drive and grow revenue outside of leading OEMs (ref designs, collateral, training, pricing)
  • Look for new business opportunities with IHV/ISVs that lead to new revenue streams for Cirrus Logic
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA or Master's degree in Engineering (Computer or Electrical) and 10+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of semiconductor technologies, market dynamics, and industry trends
  • Experience building credibility and collaborating with customers, key opinion leaders and internal stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
  • Ability to navigate complex negotiations and deal structures, with a focus on driving value and mitigating risks
  • Experience managing significantbusinessinitiatives
  • Broad technical background across the semiconductor industry
