Position Summary: Job Responsibilities: Marketing Technology Strategy- Lead the administration, maintenance, and optimization of marketing technology platforms, ensuring they align with NYU Langone Healths digital marketing goals. - Define platform specifications, translating marketing objectives into precise technical requirements. - Leverage data insights to evolve digital platforms, enhancing web production and development in collaboration with multiple teams. - Identify and implement enhancements to platform features and functionality to optimize user experience and drive engagement. - Proactively identify automation opportunities and strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency. - Define and execute test-and-learn strategies across platforms to continuously improve performance. - Maintain a deep understanding of business requirements for NYU Langone Healths technology ecosystem and identify opportunities to enhance the internal and external user experience. Platform Management- Leverage audience segmentation, CDP insights, and marketing automation tools to optimize engagement and conversion rates. - Track key performance metrics and refine strategies based on data insights. - Ensure marketing technology platforms support omnichannel personalization strategies to securely enhance patient and prospect experiences. - Efficiently manage projects and priorities while adhering to organizational standards. Collaboration and Influence:- Partner with vendors, contractors, and freelancers to optimize platform quality and functionality. - Work closely with the Content Strategy team to ensure technical capabilities support content distribution and engagement strategies. - Collaborate with the Digital and Information (MCIT) team to align technical requirements, ensuring seamless UX/UI across platforms. - Coordinate with other institutional leaders to ensure consistency in content, branding, and personalization strategies. - Support Digital Marketing & Communications Analysts in data collection, key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, and metric analysis. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
