Make Up Lead Person

The H&s Family of Bakeries are a network of 10 bakeries and multiples distribution centers along the East Coast; all committed to one thing: producing the best quality bread products possible. H&S Family of Bakeries includes Northeast Foods, H&S Bakery and Schmidt Baking Co. Together, our baked goods can be found in a wide range of establishments, from fast food to quick-service restaurants to cafeterias, hospitals, grocery stores and universities.

As the Make-up Lead Person, you will be responsible for the following:

• To organize and implement the activities of the people in their group to accomplish the scheduled work. Provide coaching to people in their group when needed.
• When work is interrupted for any reason, to direct the activities of the people in this group to best utilize their time.
• To observe the quality, the packaging and handling of the product.
• To complete necessary paperwork pertaining to orders, product counts, coding and pricing.
• Do work as required, such as scale, give spot relief breaks and/or breaks as necessary.
• To communicate with the supervisor when he/she needs assistance in accomplishing any of the above tasks.
