The Opportunity

Connecting customers-and their data-to the vast marketing and advertising ecosystem is core to the value delivered by Adobe's Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). At the heart of this is our ability to unify customer profiles, manage real-time segmentation and build audiences through AI driven experiences. This person will lead our B2C edition and innovate across critical platform capabilities to grow our industry position.

With tens of billions of profiles managed every day across our Fortune 2000 customer base, scalability and efficiency are not just goals-they're foundational. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the vision, strategy, and execution for RTCDP B2C Edition, allowing businesses to personalize experiences and boost team efficiency with AI.
  • Craft the roadmap and investment strategy, aligning product priorities with business growth, customer adoption, and market differentiation to scale Adobe Experience Platform's ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with engineering, program management, and field leaders to drive technical innovation, ensuring scalability and enterprise-grade execution.
  • Influence and align cross-functional teams-including engineers, product leaders, researchers, and senior executives-to drive a shared vision.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and industry leaders, representing Adobe's RTCDP for our large B2C customer base and find opportunities for adoption and innovation.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture, supporting collaboration, innovation, and a customer-first mentality to improve the impact of our team.
What's you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field with equivalent experience required
  • 10+ years of product management leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and driving ecosystem growth
  • Technical Depth in Big Data: Solid understanding of distributed systems, large-scale databases (e.g., NoSQL, column stores), real-time processing (Kafka, Flink, Spark), and data infrastructure
  • CDP Experience: Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms like Adobe RTCDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Segment, with a strong grasp of identity, segmentation, and audience management workflows required
  • Proven track record in ecosystem development, working with partners, third-party developers, and enterprise customers to expand product adoption
  • Strong customer insight, critical thinking, and product innovation skills, with a history of delivering in an enterprise software environment
  • Ability to lead and influence across organizations, encouraging collaboration across product, engineering, sales, and external collaborators
  • Experience defining and completing complex product roadmaps, balancing strategic vision with near-term actions
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and collaborators around a shared vision
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $166,100 -- $334,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
