3 MONTH CONTRACT ONLY

Salesforce's global events program delivers hands-on product experiences to customers, prospects, administrators, and executive decision-makers worldwide. These immersive branded environments are the physical embodiment of both our brand and our company. As a critical marketing channel, these events drive marketing-driven pipeline (MDP), deal closures, product adoption, solution scaling, education, and in-person networking.

About the Role:
This role will be part of a team responsible for creating, designing, organizing, governing, and delivering all aspects of our award-winning flagship event, Dreamforce. The team's work spans both digital and print media. We transform entire building facades, produce dynamic motion graphics, create captivating wayfinding, and develop a wide range of immersive environmental graphics that convey our brand and event message.
We are seeking a creative and motivated Art Director to join our dynamic team in producing this event. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, live events, teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning-someone eager to contribute to the many facets of this extraordinary experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Art Directors, Creative Directors and creative teams to develop visual concepts and designs.

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including large scale print and digital content/assets.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

  • Work closely with copywriters, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality work.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

  • Complete prescribed internal training, certifications, and workshops.

Qualifications:

  • Completing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field by May 2025

  • 1 year of experience in related field or previous internship experience

  • Must have print and digital experience

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $190,900. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.
