Role Purpose

Reporting daily to the Assistant Program Delivery Manager, the role of Program Delivery Coordinator has been created to assist in all and any areas to ensure that the program services to Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) and the customer run smoothly.

Expressions promotes an innovative mindset at Amazon, producing dynamic art experiences that exercise individual creativity, encourage invention and strengthen teams through imaginative collaboration in the workplace. The program accomplishes this through activities such as community partner workshops, drop-in activities, team building exercises, and campus wide events developed to help the client's employees experience a more creatively fulfilling workplace while engaging with the local art community.

What this job involves

  • Deliver successful ongoing quality, high-volume arts programming in the Bellevue location with regular evening hours and occasional work out of Seattle.
  • Own responsibility for onsite visitor experience via positive and encouraging hospitality.
  • Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction at scale through the holistic upkeep and supply management of the Expressions Lab and other Expressions spaces.
  • Support the team with inbox management, systems support, and customer communications.
  • Input and track attendance metrics
  • Participate in the development of educational outcome driven curriculum for various programs and space engagements.
  • Update and order printed materials.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed to preserve standardized methodology to support Global scaling.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned/required, i.e. Campus events, campus program collaborations, etc.

Sounds like you? To apply you need to be / have:

  • Two (2) or more years of art program experience (preferably in community engagement, education implementation and/or hospitality)
  • Two (2) or more years of gallery, studio or facility operations experience
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Pro-active and hands on - happy to support other Team members
  • Business acumen with understanding of corporate infrastructure and systems management preferred
  • Graphic design experience utilizing Adobe Suite preferable
  • Knowledge of Facilities Management processes preferable
  • IT Skills, Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Ability to show initiative and drive

Estimated total compensation for this position:

64,400.00 - 93,400.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
