Job Duties & Responsibilities * Train in and operate any cell in ANSIMAG * Primary responsibility in composite molding cell, making the wraps and mixing chemicals * Perform production of Ansimag industrial pump components and pump assembly * Maintain high personal productivity level - Work independently to meet customer demands and manage workload of department * Perform other related duties as assigned as well as training other employees when necessary * Comfortable with use of hand tools, power tools, manual or electric pallet jacks, and overhead hoists * Comfortable with use of chemicals and proper safety precautions needed, * Perform part inspection and measurement with inspection tools such as calipers * Safety oriented * Able to work overtime as needed * Works well with others - small team oriented * Have to flex to different areas of production - learn multiple skills * Strive to perform tasks outside of daily expectations to improve process efficiency and safety Skills & Abilities * High School diploma or equivalent - trade school, or other secondary education, is a plus * 5-7 years' experience * Strong mechanical aptitude/machine expertise * Basic computer skills * Proficient with written and spoken English * Ability to lift 35 lbs * Ability to read and interpret GD&T, complex engineering drawings, and working knowledge of shop trigonometry * G-code and Gibbs Cam programming #LI-On-Site This position is incentive plan eligible. This position is overtime eligible. Compensation Details Hourly: $24.00 - $30.00 Additional Compensation The hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
