Position Responsibilities Technical Rotational Expectations): At WACKER, we are dedicated to nurturing diverse early career talent through our rotational LEAD (Lead, Engage, Accelerate, Develop) Program. This program provides opportunities to gain experience across multiple departments and roles, fostering leadership skills, business knowledge, and a deep understanding of our products and services. The Technical LEAD program will allow candidates to complete a 2-year rotational assignment within a various laboratory in the Silicones Division and locations. The assignments will be based in the Technical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan, along with potential assignments/visits to WACKER's Adrian, Michigan R&D, as well as other possible or Silicones facilities in Canton, Ohio, Chino, California, or Charleston, Tennessee. Training and sponsors will be provided for program participants. Geographic flexibility is required during this program and upon completion of this program. Position Requirements:
