Commercial Information Development Analyst Sr

Support existing and develop new analysis tools for use by GOJO teams and distribution partners, focused on driving data to insights to actions. Partner with other GOJO analytic and IT resources to futher solutions from local Excel-based models to system integrations.

• Develop models that integrate measurements designed to drive profitable and/or strategic business decisions. Where appropriate, these models will highlight alternative courses of action, identify possible/probable results, and make a recommendation for next steps
• Design, program, and implement applications that gather, archive, summarize, and/or manipulate data. Provide value-added commentary to results where appropriate. Where possible, construct such tools to be capable of self-service for internal GOJO colleagues
• Develop and implement visual display of information to enable trend spotting and exception reporting
• Support enterprise information systems by providing coaching to users and working with IT in the development of efficiencies and new applications to enhance business analysis. Champion the trace initiative by writing applications to convert account data into the information warehouse and providing enhanced reporting based upon this information
• Develop "pilot" information systems for testing prior to full enterprise implementation, using enterprise databases where appropriate. Participate in final system solutions developed by IT based on prototype feedback
• Lead and/or participate in process change designed to streamline disparate information and enhance business results
• Provide analytical support against ad-hoc inquiries and project team needs
• Automates data collection and formatting processes to create reporting efficiencies
• Role is NOT intended to be customer-facing, but circumstances may require collaboration to bring data and vision to a solution

• BA, BS in Marketing, Business, a Quantitative field strongly preferred. MBA a plus.
• Minimum four (4) years' experience in Business Analysis, Category Management, or a similar role with heavy quantitative elements.
• Experience in Sales and/or working with Distribution models a plus.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and SQL required. Knowledge of PowerBI and/or Tableau a plus.
• Demonstrated competency and aptitude for thinking through systems, relational database concepts, quick grasp of data management. Demonstrated ability to research and troubleshoot issues through review of multiple objects and modules.
• Must be well-organized and very detail oriented. Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
