Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Officer to manage officer schedules across multiple store locations. This part-time role is critical to ensuring all shifts are fully staffed and officers arrive on time, contributing directly to the success and reliability of our daily operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain accurate officer schedules across all store locations.
  • Ensure all locations are fully staffed with appropriate coverage at all times.
  • Monitor and follow up to ensure officers consistently arrive on time for their shifts.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly schedules at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
  • Submit finalized schedules to the internal scheduling team within the required timeline.
  • Proactively adjust and communicate changes in scheduling to ensure minimal disruption to coverage.


Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Previous experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software or Microsoft Office tools a plus.
  • Customer Service orientation required.
  • Able to interact in a corporate environment and effectively communicate with all levels of management.
  • Must be flexible and possess the ability to meet deadlines in a high tempo environment.
  • Excellent time-management, organization and multi-tasking skills required.
  • A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive work attitude.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferred candidate has either an honorable military discharge, a Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience in an operations management and project management role.
