Job Summary

The Risk Management Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risk across the organization. This role provides essential technical and analytical support to the Risk Management department. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, proficiency with data tools and reporting platforms, and a solid understanding of risk frameworks and business operations.

Your Role & Responsibilities



  • Responsible for data input evaluation, on-going system maintenance, report generation and build-out of RMIS via Riskonnect; continuously assess system performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Serve as the Riskonnect system administrator, managing coordination with the platform vendor, related Employbridge vendors, and internal cross-functional partners.
  • Act as the internal RMIS subject matter expert, supporting strategic initiatives and the development of risk management solutions.
  • Generate and analyze risk-related reports from RMIS to identify and interpret loss trends and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports within Riskonnect.
  • Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Create and update advanced Excel-based analytical reports, as needed.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all data records, reports and any incidental information collected.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data analytics aligned with risk and safety metrics.
  • Support additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the VP of Risk Management and Analytics.



Preferred Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience maintaining, building, and troubleshooting Salesforce-based platforms; experience with Riskonnect is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and formula creation.
  • Prior experience in risk management, insurance, or a related field is preferred.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $60,000 to $70,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
