This role ensures alignment with brand standards while driving financial performance, enhancing the guest experience, and fostering a culture of excellence among the winery team. The Winery Manager oversees both short- and long-term planning for all aspects of winery operations, including budgeting, sales strategy, staffing, and guest programming. By identifying opportunities for innovation and operational improvement, the Winery Manager plays a key role in advancing the overall success and reputation of the winery as a luxury destination. Plan and manage the Human Resources and operations of the Winery to achieve customer (guest, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Position is responsible for short- and long-term planning and the management of the Winery operations.
