You will also work alongside our senior staff and management personnel, learning from their experience as you develop your skill set. How you will contribute: Providing tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory services to pass-through and C-corporation entities with an emphasis on companies operating in the manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, professional services and technology, and financial institutions industries Helping to develop and manage client relationships Providing timely and unmatched client service and exceeding client expectations Representing Forvis Mazars in the marketplace and at networking events Participating in the proposal process for potential new clients We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and: Solid technical accounting knowledge Effective time management Ability to work well with a team as well as independently A problem-solving attitude Willingness to take initiative Precise attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines Strong oral and written communication skills Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or related field CPA license or have secured the educational requirements to satisfy the 150-credit hour requirement necessary to obtain a CPA license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in tax provision analysis 1 year or more of experience #LI-ISELIN #LI-JB2 #LI-KM1 New Jersey Wage Transparency Pursuant to New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the salary range displayed is for the New Jersey market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Positions that are non-exempt will be eligible for overtime pay compensable at a rate of one and a half times the hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 in a work week. Benefits are eligibility-based and could include group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Forvis Mazars reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs. NJ Minimum Salary (USD) $ 64100 NJ Maximum Salary (USD) $ 84900
