Requisition 38797: Internship - Account Analyst - Revenue Fall 2025 A Day in the Life of an Account Analyst Intern Account Analyst Interns work in our Revenue Accounting Operations group in Atlanta, GA and are responsible for the management of our accounts receivable. They serve as one of our customers' main contacts and are an integral part of the Norfolk Southern business team. Interns are responsible for managing accounts receivables for customer accounts with combined receivables ranging from $10-$20M. They communicate with customer's regularly for receivables management and revenue protection efforts and must demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
