*Job Summary:*
The ERP Manager is responsible for the strategic and tactical planning for the ERP system (PeopleSoft). This role will also serve as a key representative to the user community, particularly to Finance, Manufacturing and Human Resources. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* * Support, mentor and manage the technical and functional staff on the ERP team. * Work with senior IT and business leaders to prioritize, plan and execute major ERP projects. * Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers and key users during projects and requests that involve potential changes across multiple functions or departments. * Provide insight into key processes that users or management may not have considered. * Coordinate on major projects and initiatives with peer managers in the IT Support, Operations and Security teams. * Manage the daily/weekly support requirements coming from the user community, as well as break/fix support. * Ensure that Business Continuity processes are followed and monitored, including application back-ups and the periodic testing of recovery procedures. * Support and manage Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI) requirements where required on customer programs. * Update and manage the ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results. * Lead ERP staff recruitment and retention activities. * Develop and manage costs related to ERP systems. * Proven competence with communication skills, including the ability to tailor communications on complex technical and functional subjects to audiences of varying levels of experience. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (preferred): * Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation (e.g. NIST 800-171, CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification), GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)) * Knowledge of a project management solution such as MS Project. * Knowledge of Visio or similar diagramming software. * Expert level knowledge on key manufacturing, financial, accounting, and human resources processes *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $155000.00/yr. Will provide this during interview process. *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Farmington,MI. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on Jun 26, 2025.
